The Earth and Sky Fled

 Revelation 20:11, “Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away and no place was found for them.”

Father, how do I comprehend You? Even the earth and sky run from Your presence. Your greatness is greater than that of the earth. Your beauty is better than that of the sky. Your holiness cannot be compared with anyone or anything. Nothing can stand before You. This is why I thank You for Jesus. Thank you for the One who brings me into Your presence. Thank you for the One who justifies me and sanctifies me and makes me Your child. Though the earth and sky may flee from You I will not. I will bow and worship You. I will sing Your praises. I am Yours and one day because of Jesus I will join the heavenly choir. You are worthy and I worship You.
