My beautiful dog Bella died in her sleep on Saturday, March 28, 2009. She was only 2 1/2 years old. She was full of life all day, doing her normal routine. We were with her all day, she showed no signs of anything out of the ordinary. We left for 1 hour and when we returned she was in her bed like she always is looking out the window. She was dead. No poison, she just appeared to have fallin asleep. I am mad at God. I pray all the time for him to protect our family, our home and our dog. Why, why, why did he allow her to die. I am sick to my stomach and want answers. Please, please pray that I can get through this. I miss her, she was like my child. Is she in heaven?

Amen Brother.

There are very few people these days that take their religion seriously. I do believe that the God of the Muslims is different to the true One God who created us all.
We are fortunate to see the truth in the last days, however, don't stop preaching the faith. Check the site below there's lots of free literature audio downloads.

God bless

Do you want to strengthen your community? Do you want a strong church? Then tell people they are wrong, curse them, beat a few, and pull out the hair of a few more. Or, go to church, tell people they are wrong, whip a few, and throw people's money on the floor.

25 I rebuked them and called curses down on them. I beat some of the men and pulled out their hair.

Tough love.

The idea of coming in someone's name is coming in his stead is what is striking me as so different. I have functioned with the understanding that "in Jesus' name" means just through or because of. To think of my prayers in Jesus' name being received by the Father as though Jesus prayed them is honestly a new concept. It is obviously a way of thinking that needs it's biblical boundaries but it also gives me a greater appreciation for what Christ purchased for me. It also adds additional weight to the need to pray Scripture. I also hesitate with this line of thinking because it appears so obvious to me but I have never heard it. That means one of two things: it's wrong or I haven't been paying attention.

this might be helpful
... performing something in someone else's name has two implications. First, it is the authority of another person that allows someone to perform the work. In other words, it is because someone else authorized you to take these actions that you are able to perform them; a person is not doing them in his own authority. For example, when David fought Goliath he came unto him "in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied" (1 Samuel 17:45). He was not coming in his own power or authority but in that which belonged to God alone. This gave David the authority and ability to fight against the giant Goliath… and win! Second, when you come in someone’s name, you come in his stead. The person to whom you come is expected to respond to you, not on the basis of who you are, but on behalf of the one you represent, in whose authority you have come. They are to treat you as they would treat the one who authorized you to come. For instance, when David sent servants to Nabal to ask for food, “they spake to Nabal according to all those words in the name of David” (1 Samuel 25:9). Therefore, when Nabal insulted David's servants (who came in David's name) he insulted David just as if he had spoken directly to his face.
