The Work of God

Rebuilding the temple was the work of God. The lie of Annanias and Sapharia was a lie against God. The opposition of the Saducees was seen as potentially opposition against God. Ultimately everything we do is a statement of faith. We believe God sees or doesn’t see and so we act. We believe God will or will not reward so we make our decisisions.

Father, help me to view all my life in light of who You are instead of who I am. Do not let me trust in myself. Show me the wisdom and strength that are found by trusting in You. When I acknowledge You then You make all paths straight. Show me today how to live for You with faith, boldness, and fruitfulness. Show me today how to live like Jesus.
